How much do sellers keep?
Free plan sellers keep 97.5% of every completed order. Pro sellers keep 100% with 0% platform fee, whether they use Stripe, Square, or cash at pickup.
What payment methods can sellers use?
Free plan sellers use Stripe, the platform-managed checkout. Pro sellers can also connect Square for direct payments, or enable cash/check at pickup. With Square or cash, payments go directly to the seller. The platform is not an intermediary.
When do sellers receive their money?
Free plan (Stripe): funds are released after order completion and a short processing buffer, then paid out on Stripe's standard schedule. Pro plan (Stripe): funds are available immediately upon payment. Square orders: paid out on Square's schedule. Cash/check at pickup: collected directly at handoff.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your billing portal. You keep Pro features through the end of your current billing period.
Does Farm Stand Mode affect my plan?
Farm Stand Mode is available to all verified sellers. Card checkout at your stand is included on both plans. Accepting cash at a farm stand requires Pro with pay-at-pickup enabled.
