Common questions
How much do sellers keep?
Free plan sellers keep 97.5% of every completed order. Pro sellers keep 100% with 0% platform fee, whether they use LCF Secure Payments, a direct Square connection, or cash at pickup.
What payment methods can sellers use?
Both Free and Pro sellers can choose pickup only, local delivery only, or both. Free plan sellers use LCF Secure Payments: our guided card checkout powered by Stripe. Pro sellers can also connect Square for direct payments, or enable cash/check for pickup orders. With Square or cash, payments go directly to the seller and the platform is not an intermediary.
When do sellers receive their money?
LCF Secure Payments payouts require a collected payment and an accepted order. Free-plan orders have an additional processing delay; Pro orders skip that platform delay. Bank arrival depends on Stripe's payout schedule and account status. Refunds, disputes or account reviews can delay release. Square follows Square's payout schedule. Cash/check is collected directly at pickup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your billing portal. You keep Pro features through the end of your current billing period.
Does Farm Stand Mode affect my plan?
Farm Stand Mode is available to all verified sellers. Card checkout at your stand is included on both plans. Accepting cash at a farm stand requires Pro with pay-at-pickup enabled.
Can buyers pay in advance for far-out orders?
Yes. Pro sellers can offer Guaranteed Prepaid orders for pickups scheduled beyond the standard card window, such as made-to-order items and events. The buyer pays at checkout. After you accept the order, payout processing follows the payment method and account requirements, so it may begin before pickup. Free-plan card orders use an authorization at checkout, with payment collected later at fulfillment.
